Brewing a full-bodied pot of coffee with a cloth filter is one of the oldest methods, but still a preferred one in many parts of the world. The small holes in the cloth allow for a slightly slower extraction process than with paper filters. The method yields a full, round and rich pot of coffee. This pot is a 240ml size, just about right for a single cup.
It's important to note that the cloth filter is reusable for many pots, and that proper care entails a good rinse out, and storage in a plastic bag in the fridge.
